Ila will accept exchanges of eligible merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be unworn, in original condition, in its original packaging and undamaged box with original tags attached and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. 

Refund is not a option. Ila will provide a voucher with a validation of 6 months to use in order to buy another product _ if the client decide to return the product after payment. 

 

Refunds and exchanges will not be accepted for personalized products, made to measure or made to order products.
